Not only did the speakers taught the attendees about creating comics alone but most importantly they dealt on how to work with editors, preparing a professional portfolio, and other tips that could help them be a professional in the field of comics, which exactly is the objective of Glasshouse Graphics, Inc.

For both days, Mr. David Campiti did profile reviews for the attendees and signed deserving artists right then and there, the seminar not only helped the artists become better but more over, opened doors for them to penetrate the world of comics professionally. A sketch session was held the 2nd day where in the attendees were asked to draw “Darnette”, the kid Darna, the pretty princess is Mr. Campiti and Ms. Jinky (Avalon High) Conorado’s lovely daughter. The best five sketches were given prizes and the grand winner was personally chosen by the model herself.

The seminar concluded with the awarding of best two portfolios amongst the audience. The audience also had the chance for autograph signing and to have their photos taken with the artists. It sure was a fun-filled and most importantly educational seminar – oh and of course, lots of freebies were given away too. You should definitely not miss the next seminar!
