The Christmas Click

We are about to say goodbye to 2011 but it won’t be complete without Christmas. It is that season when everyone’s merry and jolly: yuletide carols, colorful lantern lights, and the cold breeze in the air. However, there is one thing that stresses us all: the dreaded Christmas shopping craze.  By that time, everyone will be on a hunt to buy the perfect gift for his or her loved ones. Luckily for us, four fab girls will help us create the perfect holiday gift guide we all need. Two fashion duos will share their thoughts in partying and shopping! Merry Christmas everyone!

What are your plans for December? Any specific event that you are excited about?
I’m actually looking forward to spending time with my family. Also, I’m excited to go to Malaysia for the annual Nuffnang awards. They’re only flying 15 bloggers and I’m so excited to go!

What day do you usually go out?
Wednesday night is the funniest!

What do you usually wear? Your personal style?
I’m still trying to experiment as of the moment. But I like black and silver and anything neon.

What would you give a guy friend or a boyfriend for a Christmas gift?
I’d probably give him Gendarme cologne because 1) it smells good and 2) it will remind him of me whenever he uses it.

What is in your Christmas wishlist?
Mac nc40 face powder and Mac girly boy brow mascara

What are your plans for December? Any specific event that you are excited about?
For sure Christmas get-togethers are present and will keep on popping but I’m extra excited for my friend’s wedding this December.

Fridays or Sundays.

I like wearing dresses. My personal style is a mix of chic and glam.

Where do you usually shop for Christmas gifts?
Anywhere, no store fits two people’s wants. I just usually order online to save time.

What would you give a guy friend or a boyfriend for a Christmas gift?
A white CDG shirt just to oomph up his everyday wear or the YSL bracelet I’ve been eyeing for him.

What is in your Christmas wishlist?
Christian Louboutin Daffodil Crystal pumps or a French Bulldog.

What are your plans for December? Any specific event that you are excited about?
Glitterati recently debuted our Holiday collection so I expect a lot of work for Christmas dresses and outfits from clients.

Where do you usually go for a night out with friends?
I usually hit up the night scene at Attica, Kyss, Opus or Republiq. On more chill nights out, I enjoy having wine at Barcino, cocktails at Borough or a few rounds of beer and comfort food at Draft. I am a self proclaimed Weeknight Warrior so I am out usually at nights. I love the weeknight vibe as it is less crowded and less stressful, more time and space to enjoy!

Where do you usually shop for Christmas gifts?
I am the ultimate gift giver! I love splurging for my Christmas gifts. I usually personalize them and make the best Christmas baskets and care packages! I shop for my gifts months in advance (I hate cramming!) so gifts I give come from Rustan’s, Department Stores and bazaars.

What would you give a guy friend or a boyfriend for a Christmas gift?
I am giving my boyfriend something useful this year, probably an Iphone 4S so we can Skype/ Facetime anytime given he is in another country. Fashion-wise, I would probably spend for Tod’s Loafers… I love men in loafers.

What are your plans for December? Any specific event that you are excited about?
December is my favorite month of the year! I plan to celebrate both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my family (as always). Before that though, I am excited for all the parties and get-togethers lined up with my friends and closest cousins.

Where do you usually go for a night out with friends?
I love white wine and Barcino (Rockwell) is usually my weeknight hang out because of its cozy ambiance, great wine, good food and friendly staff. When it comes to clubbing, I like going to Opus or Prive for the nice crowd and awesome music. I like going to Republiq for special events because my favorite international DJ’s or artists play there.

What would you give a guy friend or a boyfriend for a Christmas gift?
I’m cheesy and sentimental when it comes to giving gifts to my special someone. This year, (if I have one, haha!) I would probably give him plain white gold cuff links from Hugo Boss or Emporio Armani or Bottega Veneta (whichever has the better looking one) with his initials engraved (opposite branding side) on the left cuff link and my initials on the right, all in small letters and in script. (HAHA! Seriously!)

What is in your Christmas wishlist?
A Tiffany & Co. key necklace, a gold Rimowa luggage
and a BlackBerry Bold 9900 touchscreen.
