Bubbles Paraiso:
The Ultimate Summer Goddess

Ramp-and-commercial-model-turned-TV-host Bubbles Paraiso can't help but be super excited about the summer season because she had already laid her best plans.   Being a beach bum herself, not only is she sashaying under the sun but also trying out new summer activities to keep her fit.

Likewise, Bubbles' also enjoying her grandest time with her hosting stint as the only female counterpart to the hottie hosts of Studio 23's "It's a Guy Thing" namely Borgy Manotoc, John Joe and Ketchup Eusebio. Also, she's also part of the Stars On Ice show at QTV-11 as among the first batch of contenders every Friday, 8:30PM. Now, how cool can that be? No doubt, Bubbles' enjoying every minute of her life.

Got to know the lady of the hour, oh I mean our Cover Girl much better with these no-holds barred Q&A about her plans for the summer and what make feel refreshed in this sweltering season.

Great Summer Escape.
The Beach!!!!

Best Summer Destinations. Definitely, Boracay and Anilao, Batangas, if I get my Scuba Diving license already.

I Know What You Did Last Summer. I spent almost all of summer in Bora last year. I only went back to Manila for work then off I go back to the island. The staff in the hotels where I stayed knew me already.

Summer's The Best Season. Yes. Because it's the time of year when I get to go to the beach for both work and vacation!

Fantasy Island? Mostly, I wanna travel to see the local beaches. I wanna go back to Palawan, its been ages since my last visit there. I also want to go check out Cebu and Camiguin. I want to try White Water rafting there.

Getting fit? I don't really diet. I'm the unhealthiest healthy person ever. Why? Because I don't eat meat, I'm a pescotarian (vegetarian who eats seafood) but I eat a lot of chocolates and other junk. But I do have an active lifestyle. I always make time to either go to the gym or go boxing. In the gym, I usually just do cardio or join classes. Then boxing is more for toning and the abs.

Keeping in shape. Aside from Boxing and the gym, sometimes I also do pilates, especially when I don't have time anymore, so I just do it at home. I try to engage into as much sports as I can, from tennis to wall climbing to figure skating, not just to keep me in shape but for the experience as well.

Healthy Living. It's not really to keep me fit; it's more of to keep me healthy. I'm a pescotarian, so basically, I don't eat anything that walks. I only eat brown rice and sugar free wheat bread, and I prefer muscavado sugar over the regular ones. Also, I try to avoid fast food or anything fried. And lastly, I drink lots of water. I drink 2 glasses of water upon waking up, and a glass before every meal.

Three summer must-haves. My 3 S's---Sunblock, Swimsuit, Sunglasses.

On a hot summer night.   I'll probably go night swimming then cap the night with friends in a bar or something.

To the extremes.   Yup, I love new adventures! I'm always up for challenges and I like testing how far I can go when it comes to sports. Recently I just did a crash course on scuba diving. I enjoyed it so much that's why I enrolled myself to be a certified diver. Windsurfing is already lined

up for me to try in Caliraya, so I'll have to see how that one goes. Also I'd like to try wakeboarding again. Last time I tried it, it was fun!

Best night-out. Nowadays, I enjoy more with steady night outs. Just having coffee with friends, hanging out, kwentuhan , movie. I think I've had too much of the club scene already.

Favorite chillout music, artist, album. I love listening to Imogen Heap, Aqualung, Incubus, Death Cab For Cutie, Coldplay, Portishead, Postal Service, Lifehouse and India Arie when driving. Jack Johnson and Bob Marley when chilling at the beach. I also love OPM rock.
