It was a mini vacation treat for friends and technophiles when Nokia launched recently its latest smartphone, the Nokia E7, with a resort-themed party, replete with tall bamboo plants, ferns and exotic flowers and summer music to set the mood.

The Rizal ballroom of Makati Shangri-La was transformed into a perfect vacation getaway reminiscent of Bali and Boracay while coast music played in the background creating a beach ambiance. Guests arrived wearing their best resort wear to witness the unveiling of the Nokia E7, the ultimate smartphone for businessmen during business trips, on vacation and even on the road to accomplish office-related tasks.

A delicious Hawaiian-inspired buffet, coupled with a brief presentation and program kept the event light and fun. Host David Celdran and Nokia device portfolio manager Mike Smith discussed the features of the Nokia E7 in an easy but informative banter.

The Nokia E7 is available in Dark Grey and Silver White. It has an SRP of P32,000.
