Just recently, VIPs and select members from the nation’s most prestigious media outlets gathered on the rooftop on Echelon Tower in Malate for the re-launch of Kickers’ latest Spring / Summer 2011 collection.

Hosted by the always fashionable, Riki Flores, guests, including, The Amazing Race Asia Season 4 winner, Rich Herrera, and GMA Artist, Marvin Kiefer, enjoyed tasty food straight off the grill, cold beers and a cool summer breeze under Manila Bay’s brilliant sunset as models walked the runway sporting Kickers’ trendiest designs, including, amongst others: Hava, a fashion forward pair of women’s closed flats made of snakeskin leather; Hanne, women’s wedged summer sandal with floral straps; and Hobson, men’s classic design made current with bold color combinations.

“Kickers has been around in the Philippines forever but the old designs were always so plain,” says Rich Herrera. He goes on to say, “the styles are cool. I like how the brand is re-launching with new colors and styles to keep up with the trends.”
