Now on its 6th year, Legazpi Sunday Market, one of the pioneers of weekend markets in the country, celebrates Independence Day by paying tribute to the Philippines’ national dish, with AdobOlympics 2011. An adobo cook-off to showcase different versions of adobo and the various ways it can be served. The winner earns the AdobOlympics Torch and bragging rights as having the best adobo in the market.
