The Beach Comber
Undoubtedly, what’s on my mind this April is spending summer by the beach. My thoughts are already centered on the sight of the warm water paradise while sipping orange colored-cocktails and watching a splash of hues as the sun sets by the beach. At night, I look forward to the stars twinkling like diamonds in the sky (hopping with Lucy hand in hand) as an evening backdrop while the hypnotic sound of the waves calm my senses.
With my empathy with Mother Earth, it is important to be aware of my responsibility toward my surroundings. My mindset, as of the moment, is to be vigilant in my share in preserving the environment. And this summer, I promise myself to be more proactive by joining some clean up activities at my favorite beach destination, to patronize environmental-friendly water sports, and lastly, advocate the re-use of hotel bath towels which saves water and lessen the disposal of detergent that goes into the sea.
This season, don’t forget to give back to Mother Earth. The act of care, which we are all obliged to heed, is a necessary undertaking. Let’s be more concerned for our environment.
Have a splendid sunny break!
