A yearly event organized by AIESEC UP Diliman as a celebration of its existence in the university. It aims to build organization pride and identity within its members, as well as build the organization’s relationship and visibility with externals. This year, AIESEC Week 2011 is entitled “Doodle Earth: The World is Your Playground.” It will run from February 19-25, 2011, and will feature a range of events catering to members and external stakeholders alike.

The theme and title “Doodle Earth: The World is Your Playground” symbolizes AIESEC’s status as an international organization, and it also puts emphasis on its Global Internship Program, while altogether putting importance on a child’s imagination and no-bounds view of the world. AIESEC Week 2011 hopes to bring everyone back to the best memories of their childhood as well as encourage a shift in perspective so one might indeed make the world one’s playground.

AIESEC Week 2011 will officially kick off on February 19, 2011 with the AIESEC Global Business Seminar (AGBS): The Cornerstone of Your Enterprise, a seminar for the top university students and student leaders in Metro Manila that will feature renowned speakers who are at the top of their respective fields. On February 21, AIESEC UP Diliman members will get a chance to bond and relax in “Re-Member.” The Gallery and Launch, “Show and Tell,” will be held in the UP College of Business Administration on February 22. The Grand Pakain, “Food Fight!” will commence on February 23. A not-so-traditional travel quiz show dubbed “Tag, You’re It!” will be held on February 24, and participants will get a chance to win cash prizes while one lucky contestant stands to win a free roundtrip ticket to any Zest Air destination. Finally, on February 25, AIESEC Week 2011 will end with a bang with the party AIESEC Culminight: Lights Out, which is the org’s biggest and most publicized festivity, open to all.
