Our first all-male cover has finally unfolded. Featuring Dada and Hamid who were born in Sudan, raised in Abu Dhabi, and are now studying in the Philippines, at the same time, gliding the fashion runways. I admit to being nervous during the shoot, but as soon as the lights were set up, measured, the first click of the shutter registered the rapport between the camera and the two lads. The end of the session left us with a happy and difficult task of choosing from hundreds of frames to become the July cover. Fascinated by these fraternal twins, they have both acclimated to their adopted country.
With this issue, we quoted insights from the men behind the gaining speed of EDM scene after witnessing the intense one-man show of Armin Van Burren. It was supposed to be an easy Saturday night for the Sorority Sister, but it ended in a two-bar skip for an eye candy night search. And speaking of male watching, our own Christina is now glued to FIFA 2014 (I wonder why) after watching our local football match.
So by the time you read this issue from cover to cover, I hope you’ll all enjoy our first Men’s issue of Circuit magazine.
