A Fabulous Food Affair

T&C FAbulous Foods - Fairmont-45The annual gastronomic feast that never fails to satisfy Manila’s elite has once taken the spotlight.

For the second year running, Town&Country held the long awaited Fabulous Food Affair at the Raffles and Fairmont Makati Ballroom and filled it to capacity.

 

“Town&Country celebrates life at its best, and what better way to do it than with a ballroom packed with an intelligent, interesting, accomplished crowd sharing a meal showcasing some of Manila’s most talented chefs featuring their best dishes?” said Yvette Fernandez, editor of Town&Country.

Cirkulo’s J. Gamboa, Vask’s J. Luis Gonzalez, Margarita Fores of Cibo di M, Rob and Sunshine Pengson of Goose Station, Tippi Tambunting of Masseto and rising star Bruce Ricketts of Sensei Sushi all prepared a tasting of their signature dishes as well as new creations to the delight of the guests!

T&C FAbulous Foods - Fairmont-31For the finale, chefs Didier Derouet and Miko Aspiras of Raffles and Fairmont Hotel capped the affair with not just one or a dozen but 28 of their spectacular desserts!

Of course, Fabulous Food Affair would not be complete without the spirits to complement the great-tasting dishes. Estates & Wines provided excellent choice of wines while Harney & Sons indulged guests with tea-infused cocktails.

With this kind of line-up, who’s not excited for the next Town&Country Fabulous Food Affair? Certainly not us!
