The partnership of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg changed the course of musical theater when the songwriters created Les Misérables. And now, their musical collaboration comes to a full circle in Boublil & Schönberg’s Do You Hear the People Sing, an unforgettable concert featuring music from their masterpieces: Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Martin Guerre, The Pirate Queen and La Révolution Française.
Performing in this concert are Tony Award winner Lea Salonga, who played both Eponine and Fantine in the Broadway run of Les Misérables; David Harris, one of the most acclaimed Australian leading men of his generation; and classical soprano and ballet dancer Marie Zamora. Joining them are performers from various international theater companies, the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra and other special guests, all under the musical direction of Gerard Salonga.
